Account Deletion

1) Important Information

Account deletion/closure is not initiated from within the eduSIS Kolej Mobile App. Account deletion/closure processes are carried out by the relevant school/institution.

2) How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Contact your school/institution administration (administrative unit / parent communication channel).
  2. Submit your account deletion/closure request to your school.
  3. The school/institution, as the data controller, evaluates the request and carries out the process under its own procedures.

To help speed up the process, it is recommended that you provide identifying information to your school, such as the school name/code, your username, and (if applicable) student details.

3) End of the Relationship with the School

If the contract/relationship between the school/institution and Veribilgi ends, Veribilgi may suspend app access for all accounts linked to that school (e.g., suspension). This may not mean the account has been deleted; data management follows the school/institution’s processes.

4) Where Is Data Stored?

Records processed within the scope of the app may be stored in the school/institution’s systems or in infrastructures operated on behalf of the school/institution. Management of these records and the fulfillment of deletion requests are the responsibility of the school/institution.

Veribilgi may keep limited transaction logs solely for operational security and technical operations purposes.

5) Retention Periods

Retention periods may vary depending on the agreement with the school/institution and technical processes. System backups may be kept on a rolling basis for up to 90 days.
