Terms of Use

1) Parties and Roles

The eduSIS Kolej Mobile app (“App”) service is provided jointly by the relevant school/institution and Veribilgi. The school/institution is responsible for its own institutional processes and rules; Veribilgi is responsible for the technical provision and operation of the App.

2) User and Authorization

Users are primarily parents/guardians. Where authorized by the school/institution, non-student user accounts may also be used. The service may only be used by parents authorized by the relevant school/institution.

3) Service Scope

The App provides functions such as viewing balance, viewing balance transactions, viewing spending records, viewing entry/exit and cafeteria transactions, managing limits/restrictions, generating QR codes, and initiating balance top-ups (the top-up initiation feature is optional and is not required to use the App). The school/institution may restrict or expand the scope in line with its operational rules.

4) Account Creation, Password, and Access

• No in-app account creation: Accounts are created on the server side based on the school/institution’s request.
• Password management: The user may change their password within the App. Password confidentiality and security are the user’s responsibility.

At the request of the school/institution, or if the agreement/relationship with the school/institution ends, all accounts tied to that school/institution may be suspended or closed. In addition, if the contract between the school/institution and Veribilgi is terminated or expires, Veribilgi may stop access for all accounts linked to the relevant school.

5) Payments and Balance Top-Ups

The balance top-up feature is optional. Loaded balances can only be used at payment points within the school/institution. Payments are carried out by redirecting to a payment page within an in-app WebView, and the payment infrastructure is provided by Payten. Card details are not processed or stored by the App. No additional commission/fee is charged by Veribilgi for this transaction.

Refund/cancellation/dispute processes are subject to the school/institution’s policies. Veribilgi is not responsible for disputes arising from the processes of the school/institution or the payment provider.

6) Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or access credentials with third parties.
• Do not reverse engineer the App or attempt to derive source code.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not overload the service by sending excessive requests via automation/bots.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

Rooted/jailbroken devices may pose security risks. The user is responsible for any risks or damages that may occur on such devices.

7) Service Availability, Maintenance, and Updates

Temporary interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, security updates, or technical failures. App and/or server-side updates may be required. Veribilgi is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by the school/campus infrastructure, internet connectivity, or institutional systems.

8) Limitation of Liability

The school/institution is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of records displayed in the App and for operating institutional processes. Veribilgi cannot be held responsible for issues originating from the school, institutional infrastructure, authorization errors, or disruptions arising from institutional systems.

9) Suspension and Termination

The school/institution may suspend accounts in line with its rules. Additionally, if the agreement/relationship between the school/institution and Veribilgi is terminated or ends, Veribilgi may suspend or terminate access for all accounts linked to the relevant school.

10) Intellectual Property and License

Intellectual property rights related to the App, brand, software, and design elements belong to Veribilgi. The user is granted a non-transferable and limited license solely for the purpose of using the service.

11) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Provisions on jurisdiction and disputes are determined in accordance with the contract with the school/institution.

12) Updates and Contact
